Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SimplyWheel you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not register and do not use the service.

SimplyWheel screens listed US equity options for the wheel strategy. It fetches end-of-day market data, applies filters you set, scores what survives them, and shows you the result. That is the whole of it.

It is not investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. A score is an arithmetic summary of filters you chose, not a prediction and not an opinion about your circumstances. Every decision to trade is yours.

Accounts are created through Clerk. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you believe somebody else has reached your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Nothing at present. SimplyWheel is offered free of charge while it is in early access. If that changes you will be told before any charge applies, and using the service after that point is what accepts it.

Your settings, your broker credentials and your trading history remain yours. You grant S&C Holding GmbH a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service.

You may connect an Alpaca account by storing an API key pair. What that allows, and what it does not:

• SimplyWheel reads your positions, your balance and the contracts you hold, so the screen can show what you already own.
• It places an order only when you press the button for that order, at a limit price you can see and change. It never places a market order and never trades on its own.
• Whether that reaches a paper account or a live one is your choice and is shown on the screen you press the button on. Orders sent to a live account are real.
• You are responsible for every order that results, including one sent by mistake. Disconnect the keys in Settings, or revoke them at Alpaca, and the connection ends immediately.

Prices, chains, company data and index membership come from Alpaca, Nasdaq and the SEC. Data is end-of-day rather than live, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and is never a quote you can trade on. Confirm anything that matters at your broker before acting on it.

You may not use SimplyWheel to:

• break any law, or trade in a way that breaks one
• reach an account, a broker connection or data that is not yours
• circumvent security, rate limits or authentication
• reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the service
• automate access in a way that degrades it for anybody else

SimplyWheel, its design, its scoring and its code are owned by S&C Holding GmbH. The name and logo are its trademarks.

The service is provided as is. There is no guarantee of uptime, of error-free operation, of the accuracy or timeliness of any figure shown, or of suitability for any purpose. Scores, grades and buffers are calculations, not assurances.

To the extent the law allows, S&C Holding GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and is not liable for trading losses, including losses following an order you placed through SimplyWheel, one you did not place because the service was unavailable, or one placed on data that turned out to be wrong. Options carry risk of substantial loss. Where liability cannot be excluded it is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, which at present is nothing.

You agree to hold S&C Holding GmbH harmless against claims arising from your use of the service, from what you connect to it, or from your breach of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time; doing so removes your settings, your stored broker credentials and your scored candidates. We may suspend an account for a breach of these terms, for fraud, or after twelve months of inactivity. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update accepts it, and material changes are announced by email to the address on the account.

Austrian law governs these terms, and the courts of Vienna, Austria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
